Look at my shiny hair and so inexpensive. Gee, thanks.
Should I add this after I shampoo and condition my hair or before?
All Natural hair is not created equal but what works best for me is to add it before (as a deep conditioner) before I co-wash. My hair detest shampoo. So I rarely use it. Maybe about every 2-3 months to get rid of build up.
